Hassle Free Returns
At 707 Motoring we understand that sometimes after receiving an item you realize that you no longer want it or other situations arise, that is why we offer our hassle free return program. If you receive an item and your not completely satisfied or simply changed your mind about the purchase just go ahead and send it back within 30 days of receipt to receive either your money back or an easy exchange. Please review below for all return policy information.
If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receipt you can have that item returned to us for a refund or exchange.
All items being returned must be accompanied by a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization). See below on how to obtain an RMA#
Returned items must be returned back in original condition and be ready to be placed back on our shelves. Any item that has been used or damaged would not be accepted back for a return. If the double sided 3M tape is peeling off or the white protective film has been completely removed we cannot accept the item back for a return.
Shipping costs are not reimbursed. Buyer is responsible to have the item returned back to us. All items being returned must be sent back with a valid tracking number to ensure we receive the package. If an item arrives back to us and is damaged during transit the buyer would be responsible to file a claim with the shipping company used to return the item.
Some items such as custom items would not be allowed back for a return, if you ordered a custom made item it was specifically made for your vehicle and therefore would not be allowed back for return.
Please note that any items returned due to manufacturer defect, incorrect shipment or damage during shipment will not have to incur the restocking fee. Some products do require cutting and/or drilling in order for the product to fit properly, buyer would be responsible for return shipping for those products.
All returned merchandise (aside from exceptions below) will be subjected to a 15% restocking fee. If an item was shipped internationally the credit would be minus the restocking fee and the shipping charges.
On all Real Carbon Fiber and Painted pillars there is a 25% restocking fee applied.

Refunds & Exchanges
As soon as we receive your item back you will receive a confirmation email notifying you that your return has been received and we will have it inspected for any damage or misuse. Once this process is completed (normally 3-4 business days after receiving item) we will process a refund back to your payment account or ship out an item that you wanted to exchange. Please note that it may take 3-4 days before you are able to see the refund on your credit card statement.
On exchanged items buyer is responsible for the additional shipping costs unless we shipped out the incorrect item or an item is defective.

707 Motoring uses varies companies to ship our products to ensure that we can get them to you quickly and efficiently. Our products are shipped with USPS Priority, UPS Ground, or Fedex Ground. All packages are usually shipped within 1-2 business day after receiving a cleared payment.
Please note that on Real Carbon and Painted Pillars the shipping time will vary since they are made to order, please review product description area to see estimated ship dates.
Painted products ship within 3-4 business days after order is processed.
Once the package is shipped an email will be sent to you with the tracking information so that you can track the status of the package until its arrival.
707 Motoring offers Free Shipping for all packages shipped within the USA, this includes packages shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico (please allow 1-2 additional days for delivery in those areas). Oversized packages will not be able to ship to Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Alaska. Most packages will be shipped via priority mail, but we do offer Express shipping services (additional rates would apply, please review shipping tab before checkout). Please note that on certain larger packages the only shipping method would be via Freight, on those specific packages you would be responsible for the additional charges, we would contact you prior to processing the order to confirm if you would like to proceed.
We also offer International shipment worldwide and to Canada. Additional rates would apply for International shipments, please review shipping calculator before completing your purchase. All International packages are shipped via USPS Priority mail, we also offer more expedited shipping services.
Shipping to APO/FPO military addresses is available at no extra charge.
All of our packages are shipped with a valid tracking number and delivery confirmation, however if you feel your area is unsecure and would like to obtain a signature confirmation please notify us prior to placing your order (additional feels will apply). If an item shows delivered with our delivery confirmation we are no longer responsible for lost or misplaced packages, you would need to contact your local shipping office to file a claim. All packages are shipped only to the confirmed billing address, we will not ship to any other addresses other than the verified billing address.
If an item is out of stock or has been discontinued you will be contacted immediately. If an item is out of stock or discontinued you have the option of a credit towards a different item or a full refund.
